Two continents.
One mission.
Warsaw
engineers
defense.
Geography shapes cybersecurity like few other industries. The countries that sit on the frontline of real adversaries produce the deepest engineers. Poland has spent three decades on that frontline — and its cyber ecosystem has quietly become one of Europe's most formidable.
Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław — a dense network of cybersecurity vendors, national research programmes, veteran communities and military-trained engineers. The kind of technical depth that cannot be built with venture capital alone. It has to be earned.
These vendors build with European regulatory discipline baked in. NIS2, GDPR, data sovereignty — not compliance checkboxes but architectural first principles. When they engineer a SIEM, it assumes the auditor will ask hard questions. When they engineer a PAM system, it assumes the regulator has read the source code.
This is the technology base INDEPTA brings to Africa.
Francophone Africa is the world's most dynamic digital frontier. Fourteen markets undergoing simultaneous core banking transformation, telecom consolidation, public sector digitalisation and fintech explosion. Every institution is rebuilding its stack for the next decade.
And every one of them is under cyber pressure. Ransomware operators do not discriminate by geography. State-level actors are increasingly active. Compliance obligations — from central bank directives to data protection laws — are tightening quarter by quarter.
The incumbent cybersecurity offering is a patchwork of US and Israeli tools, priced for American balance sheets, aligned to extraterritorial legal frameworks, often sold through channels that prioritise volume over local success.
The gap is the opportunity. Sovereign European technology, deployed by African operators, for African institutions.
Africa
deploys
at scale.
INDEPTA was founded on a simple thesis: the cyber fabric that will protect Africa's digital economy over the next twenty years should be built by people who can be held accountable by the regulators and customers who use it.
The values that govern every decision.
Sovereignty
No vendor we represent can operate under extraterritorial legal frameworks that compromise our customers' data. Period.
Channel respect
Partners are never our competition. We do not go direct. We do not undercut. We invest in partner success as if it were our own.
Technical honesty
We tell our customers what our technology does — and what it does not. No feature theatre. No roadmap promises we cannot keep.
Regional depth
Understanding Morocco is not understanding Côte d'Ivoire. Each market gets field investment proportional to its complexity.
Long horizon
We build for the next decade, not the next quarter. Every relationship is structured to compound.
Accountability
If something goes wrong, we are in the room. European vendors, African operators, one point of responsibility.
Operators. Not observers.
Two founders. One from the vendor side, one from the channel side. Both have built at scale before.
Artur Bicki
Founder and CEO of one of Poland's leading SIEM/SOAR/XDR platforms, with two decades of cybersecurity entrepreneurship across central and eastern Europe.
Artur brings the engineering depth, vendor ecosystem relationships and EU market credibility that anchors INDEPTA's portfolio strategy. He is responsible for technical curation, vendor onboarding, and strategic direction of the platform.
Known in the Polish cyber community as an operator first and an executive second — equally comfortable writing detection rules and negotiating enterprise frameworks.
Mehdi Tazi
Senior channel executive with 18+ years scaling cybersecurity distribution across Francophone Africa, North Africa and EMEA. Trilingual operator (French, English, Arabic), engineering graduate of ISEP Paris.
Built and scaled multi-country cyber distribution operations from scratch, developing a 200+ VAR network and deep institutional relationships across banking, telecom, and government sectors in 14 markets.
Responsible at INDEPTA for market execution: the channel program, regional operations, institutional account management, and the commercial success of every vendor in our portfolio.
